Netscape Navigator was a web browser in the Internet Explorer comic. She and Microsoft Edge used to be friends, until Microsoft installed Internet Explorer on all their computers by default causing Netscape Navigator's popularity to plummet.
The two make up in the Deep Web while trying to escape Tor, but ultimately only Internet Explorer escapes after upgrading into Microsoft Edge.
