Chrome may seem to be a ruthless tyrant, which is true, but she is merely willing to do what must be done to ensure an optimal outcome for herself and allies.
She prefers being in control and is rarely uncertain about anything. When challenged or under pressure, her nonchalant exterior cracks and is rather unhinged with fury and power lust.
